The Theoretical and Pedagogical Bases are aimed at providing mentors and youth-serving organizations working with unemployed young people with a relevant theoretical and pedagogical referent document to introduce solutions to support e-mentoring:
- Theoretical fundamentals: rules, principles or theories on which non-conventional learning methods and resources to introduce digital solutions to support e-mentoring.
- Pedagogical approaches: ways in which teachers apply non-conventional teaching-learning methods and resources when introducing digital competences and solutions to support e-mentoring, related with theory and practice of teaching.
The information provided in this document has been structured on the basis of the five Units of Learning Outcomes identified in the first intellectual output of the project: the Training Curriculum on digital competencies and solutions to support e-mentoring.
