This article describes in a every lively matter how pedagogy could take on a mentorship like approach and therefore become less “unyielding, uniform, mechanical nature of traditional”. Although this article does not centre-stage the topic of mentoring it points out many positive aspects of mentoring. The author finds that this should or could be taken into account in pedagogy nowadays.
